LARGER PROPERTIES
The base rate covers properties up to 60 m². For larger properties, an additional R0.67 per square metre is applied. Floor areas may be verified from property plans or listing information where available, or publicly available mapping information sources.
Property videos are individually priced
following the same floor area model.
